The following information is needed when registering students at Castle Rock:
a) Birth Certificate
b) Immunization Record
c) Two forms of "Proof of Residency"
# 1 Escrow, mortagage, mortgage, proprerty tax bill, or rental agreement
#2 Utility bill (not cable or phone bill)
d) Photo ID of the parent or legal guardian
e) For grades 1 thru 5, last report card
